How We Score Your Company
Our 100-point framework evaluates what property managers and commercial clients actually care about — not just reviews or ad spend.
Valid state licenses, liability insurance, workers' comp
Written contracts, service documentation, safety practices
Industry certifications (NALP, ISA), ongoing training
Years in business, verified reviews, references
Response time, communication, dispute resolution
No pay-to-play. Your score reflects your actual company standards — not how much you spend. Roughly 30–45 points can be earned from publicly available data before you even submit your application.
Apply for Certification
Free to apply. We'll reach out within 3–5 business days.
Common Questions
How long does the certification process take?
After you submit your application, we conduct our initial review using publicly available data within 3–5 business days. We'll reach out with a preliminary score and any additional documentation requests. Full certification typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Is there a cost to apply?
Applying for certification is completely free. A basic listing on LandscapeRatings is also free. Premium features — including lead referrals, featured placement, and priority matching — are available as a paid upgrade after you receive your certification.
What if my score doesn't reach the Certified threshold?
Companies that score 40–64 receive a Profiled listing, which is still searchable in our directory. We'll also provide a specific breakdown of where you scored and what steps would move you to Certified. Many companies upgrade within 6 months.
Do you verify the information I provide?
Yes. Roughly 30–45 points of the scoring rubric can be verified from public sources — state licensing databases, insurance records, review platforms, and business registration. You'll be asked to provide documentation for self-attested criteria.
